well, i couldn't find hazelnut or maple essence, so i used orange
the maple syrup bit would be quite important I'd have thought. Its like when you have maple syrup on french toast , but you 'accidentally' pour it on the bacon instead

i used a smidge too much orange essence i think, the bacon flavour is a little overpowered
