    When eating peanut butter straight from the jar, I recommend washing it down with full fat milk swigged straight from the bottle. A four pint poly is ideal. Chocolate spread straight from the jar makes an ideal pudding for this meal.

    I used to go to a resturant where they served Tahini and toasted pitta bread as standard when you walked in the door - know exactly where you are comming from and definately wouldn;t recommend it either
