easy way to jazz up a dull chicken breast.
got this of a friend of a friend recently, its looovely
- dust it in paprika & seal it in a hot frying pan
- boil a clove of garlic for about 5 mins till soft & crush this into approx 1.5 tablespoons of dijon mustard
- coat sealed chicken breast in dijon/garlic mixture
- wrap it in parma ham
- bake in oven at 200 deg C for 20 mins or so, until the chicken is cooked & the parma is crispy
