I've been in the same boat, for a long while and have found that taking smaller steps towards more healthy eating is a gradual process.
I now regularly eat salads, what makes salad's tasty is the dressing, finding a good dressing that basically makes salad's edible.
Soup, by far and away the best way I get vegetables into me now, Cook my own or i've found the supermarkets soup selections fairly decent to try ones from. Work you way through a few and i'm sure there will be stuff you'll like.
I've found stir frys also are a good way to introduce "other" veg, beansprouts or alternative things that I personally find more tasty and less horrible.
You still won't see me touching brocolli, sprouts, califlower etc but its steps in the right direction.
