I'm into using the slow cooker for stews at the moment.
Anyone know of anything that may be extra tasty to try?

I've got a slow cooker too, used it to do spag bol and the result was pretty tasty, and I've found it excellent for doing beef in because it makes it go so tender! Didn't realise MSE had slow cooker recipes though, I'm a bit of a lurker over there!
Only really used mine for Chilli. Thanks for the other links, will have to start using it again. It's a bit of an ornament at the mo.
beef casserole is nice too

Impartial to a Slow Cooker Curry.
Lamb shanks with red wine, garlic and rosemary cant go past it!
lamb shanks are fantastic, as is a shoulder of lamb.
try a half shoulder with a mix of cider and red wine, with garlic and rosemary, a dash of balsamic vinegar and cook at 110 deg C for 6 hours, you can carve it with a spoon and the sweetness of the cider with the tartness of the wine and balsamic makes a lovely sauce.
