    Garlic - Did you know....

    Did you know that it is best to remove the little green strip that runs down the centre of the garlic clove as it is indigestible?

    (It stops "garlic burps" apparently!! )

    LOL - I always take it out, and simply add another clove to make up for the missing garlic! Mmmmm garlic! Just wish I had a baguette - I'm inspired to toast up some nice garlic bread with parmesan! (I think it's spelt right - it's one of those words which just looks wrong!)
