    We're stir frying pork and vegetables, then wrapping them up in pancakes. I haven't decided on herbs/spices/flavourings as of yet, will probably do that when I wake up, later.

    In terms of pancakes, I make the mix as follows:

    Actually.. I've forgotten how to make pancakes. Time to sleep, I think. The pork should be nice, though!

    batter mix is flour, milk n eggs..


    topping wise, i like

    banana + golden syrup
    apple pure
    lemon n sugar
    ice cream
    custard

    savoury toppings are for girls

    Try thwoing some spices or FRESH herbs into the pancake batter... a well nice one is fresh thyme... then wrap up a couple of lamb chump steaks in them... lush!
