One of the local farms near me has been growing these this year. Somewhere between a Cauliflower & Broccoli, only much tastier than both. It's just yum! But oddly I've not seen it in many supermarkets...

They serve it in the restaurant at work occasionally, it's quite nice. Can't say I've seen it any supermarkets......but then I can't say I've looked too hard for it either!

Chopped up quite small and mixed in with other veg to be roasted. Or stir fried.

Or just don't cook it at all and serve with dip

My mum used to serve cauliflower cheese as a dish in its own right. I could never eat it when i was younger, made me want to cowk*

yes, as a side dish, too gaggy as a main, like macaroni cheese.
