....this is seriously yummy!
Mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon (twice as much sugar as cinnamon)
Toast ONE side of a slice of white bread, then butter the untoasted side.
Sprinkle the buttered side evenly with the sugar / cinnamon mixture, and put it under the grill until the sugar melts and the toast browns at the edges.
YUM!

sounds nice except I don't like cinnamon! I also have a problem as here at college (I board) we don't have a grill, brown sugar or cinnamon!

for an even cheekier variation, prepare some specialist butter by mixing in some cinnamon & goldschlager together into the butter...
cinnamon & goldshlaager butter goes very well on... cinnamon-enriched bread ;P
we do similar adding garlic butter to garlic-enhanced bread
