Where could I get something like this? (Staub)

I'm currently in France, and it's about my 10th visit... bloody overseas offices!

One of the pleasures, is eating one of their special dishes, Ro(e)sti...

Now, in most places these come served in 16/20cm Staub Roasting Dishes, but I can't for the love of me find anywhere that sells these exact ones, despite being listed on the Staub USA and Staub France sites...

Can anyone advise of a similar product? Le Creuset maybe?

    http://www.staubusa.com/prod_roasting/index.asp
    http://www.staub.fr/fr/index.php?opt...147&Itemid=159

I trecked London this weekend past, and most of the 'resellers' only stock the frying pans etc... (Cocottes)

Help out a budding chef, if I can't find any, I'll just have to improvise...

I use Run Cookware for that kinga thing... hob to oven and back if need be.

    http://www.runcookware.co.uk/

these are NOT for the dishwasher... to clean them I run them under the hot tap for a short spell with a brush, (NO DETERGENT) and then heat them on the hob and wipe the inside with vegetable oil, super heated on the gas ring, and with a sheet of kitchen roll.

This sounds like a faff, but both of our Run Cookware pieces are now 5 years old and the most non stick, easy to cook-in items that we own.

We have Le Crussette (sp?) and Cousance too, and Run Cookware have the best heat spreading ability AND are uber non stick
