    WTD: Pad Thai Recipie

I've been trawling to try and find a decent Pad Thai recipie. What I am trying to re-create is the one served by Tampopo, so any recommendations on specific ingredients (i.e. brands) would also be useful!

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT - Could a generous mod fix my thread title typo

Yes, but it is one of those dishes i find where the prawns REALLY need to be rinsed thoroughly, was cooking it for a friend and skipped a bit (just ran water of them whilst i held them), really took the edge off, i should of really rinsed them.
