Anybody heard of a Chicken "Parmo"

my brother in law is from M'Boro, and whenever he goes back up to see his family, he always goes out and gets one of these, he says its basically chicken breast in breadcrumbs, deep friend then covered in some sort of white sauce with red leicester on top. but he's unsure of how to make the sauce, just wondered if any of the northern lot had any idea?
