Started a course in Indian cooking over the weekend

Learned how to make Paneer, which is ricotta cheese Indian style, also learned dall and a few more cool things, I know how to use some of the spices now hehe.
I also now know what some of those odd veggies from the Asia market are for.
Anyone wanting some cool Indian recipes I will have loads in a month, all vegetarian, made pakoras and raita last night, will put the recipes up as I do stuff.

One end is moo, the other, milk.
