I have been making a lot of wraps recently, its a foodstuff I only recently discovered but absolutely love to bits....the problem I have had is how to actually roll the wrap so it doesn't go everywhere.....well, after some digging I found this guide and tried it last night - 100% success!

Favorite filling at the moment is beef, chillis, red peppers, refried beans and rice done in a taco sauce.
Either eat it on the run as-is, or serve 2 of them on a bed of salad for a meal.
