this all sounds to complicated.
My instructions:
Open tin, put in bowl, micro 5mins, toast -> toaster.
Put it all on a plate.
Eat.

ive just eaten spaghetti, mixed with parsley, dried mixed herbs, black pepper, and garlic sounds minging, but really really nice.... tumbles imagination is very vivid!! just goes through the cupboard and chucks abit of everything in

i tednd to add tons of grated super-strong cheddar whilst the beans are still cooking, followed by some slightly-browned onions. damn nice

I do that - or make cheeze on toast then shove the beans ontop ... well nice

the best method is to empty said beans onto a plate and put that in the microwave to cook, toast the toast, slide under and sprinkle cheese on if ya want..
