ive just eaten spaghetti, mixed with parsley, dried mixed herbs, black pepper, and garlic sounds minging, but really really nice.... tumbles imagination is very vivid!! just goes through the cupboard and chucks abit of everything in

the best method is to empty said beans onto a plate and put that in the microwave to cook, toast the toast, slide under and sprinkle cheese on if ya want..
