Marmite, definately!!! ....but Marmite is a very personal thing, you HAVE to spread it yourself...

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

Marmalade. And as a "real" man it has to be thick cut and homemade. The in-laws grew their own lemons this last year which made a fantastic marmalade.

Personally... I can't stand butter... don't think it's the taste, cos I like it when it's IN things - I miss it if it's forgotten in cakes by some freak accident... think it's more the texture of it I dislike..

Anyhoo, my favourite spread? Lemon Curd, without a doubt. Lubberly.

Real butter is a must on toast!

Normally im not mad on marmalade but Roses Lime marmalade is the best marmalade ever. Otherwise lemon curd when i remember to get it.

Can't beat Jam on Toast. I always go for the Strawberry preserves with lots of strawberry chunks mixed in. The trouble is that when you start eating them you just can't stop
