Anyone got some tasty diet stylee stuff?

Ok lads, between giving up ciggies and loving to cook I have put on a few pounds, so anyone got any recipes that are diet friendly or particularly healthy that they want to put up? Emphasis is on maximum taste with minimum fat and NO Cilantro/Coriander

I'm not a lad, but as a girly type, i think i'm well educated in this diet food type matter.

Tabbouleh salad and grilled chicken is yummy.

Bulgar wheat, mint, tomatoes, onion and a bit of olive oil.
grill chicken and eat with salad.

Does Tabbouleh not have broad leafed Parsley in it? I used to eat this as a kid in Saudi Arabia made by a Lebanese woman, only thing I dont like is the Bulgar wheat is hard and almost used to break my teeth, also a bit of lemon juice?

Lads is a generic Irish greeting which is not related to your sex
