    The Pisco Sour

Pisco is a South American spirit from Peru or Chile (they can argue that one) made from fermented and distilled grapes. It may be hard to find in the UK, but if all else fails you can order it online. I like Capal.

    You will also need:

    Eggs
    Sugar
    Lemons
    Angostura Bitters

Separate an egg and put the white in a blender.

Make Creme Brulee with the yolk.

    Blend until foamy.

Add 1 shot of sugar, 2 of Pisco, 2 of lemon juice and a few ice cubes and blend.

Pour into a glass and decorate with the bitters.

Drink four and post on Hexus.

    Re: The Pisco Sour

I remember starting a very heavy session with Pisco sours in (I think)!) Punta Arenas! Lovely, but lethal! Don't really remember the end.
