    Question Leek & Potato Pie

I had a lovely Leek and Potato pie for lunch today . Very tasty and filling too.

Anyone got a nice recipe for it?

    lol
I make the soup alright but not done a pie yet.
Would be easy enough I think though, basically leeks in a white sauce covered in mash I suspect?

Well there was white sauce but the leeks were cut up quite small and the potato was sort of cubed rather than mashed. It also looked like it had basil in it but I dont know. Anyway I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Very nice
