    Question prawns

i went a bit mad last time i went shopping cos there was a 2 for one offer on cooked & peeled prawns, so i bought 2 h00ge bags of them, cos i like a prawn!

now i have a freezer full of prawns, i'm a bit unsure what to do with them all

i can do a thai curry with them, and prawn fishcakes (a la ken hom)
i spose could get a bit retro & do a prawn cocktail / avocado prawns

any ideas what to do with the rest of the little fellas??

    Do a chowder with them?

    Sesame Prawn Toasts?

Skewer them, smother em in chilli sauce and barbeque/grill em?

Chop em fairly finely, mix em with some soy, sesame oil and coriander, then sprinkle em over a nice tossed salad.

Mix them into some hot refried beans and eat in a pitta bread with some tomato salsa?

Mince them, mix them with flour and a little egg to bind, touch of lime and chilli, then batter and deep fry?

My local Thai restaurant have a great dish with Garlic and Prawns, I've often thought of trying to make it myself.

Basically, it's thinly sliced garlic (a la Pauly in goodfellas lol), sprinkled all over king prawns. I think they are then deep fried (although not certain), but basically they are king prawns with an amazing crispy garlic coating...amazing.
