(Smoked salmon trimmings are ideal for this, if you can find them pre-packed in a supermarket, they aren't too expensive)

I also put a little butter in with the beaten eggs, and you can add a drop of milk.

Or if Im really feeling extravagant, smoked salmon in a warmed croissant with lashings of nice salty butter.

Lots of sugestions to add a bit extra =)

I've found when i don't know what to have to eat that if i mix some scrambled eggs it covers all the bases.

Generally i don't add anything extra to the mix other then using butter in the frying pan (currently trying to get the mixture more yellow; ideas ?)
