Breakfast/lunch ideas for a Paleo diet?

As above, am moving towards a Paleo diet (by no means sticking 100% to it) since I like the idea.
Wouldn't mind losing a little weight, but mainly doing it because I think it'll be good for me, and I'll feel better etc....

However at the moment I'm struggling with ideas for breakfast/lunches, currently at uni, so don't have a lot of time in the mornings to make breakfasts (although am going to try harder) and for lunch I tend to have around an hour to play with. I'm coming from not eating breakfast at all, so it will probably take me a little while to get used to getting up a little earlier in order to get a decent meal first thing.

Been having a tin of tuna, with a mix of veg (carrots, peas and sweetcorn was quite nice) or just carrots etc for lunch, since it's easy to make (peel some carrots and cook them, open a tin of tuna and mix )
Very simple I know, but luckily my tastes are pretty simple

Just wondering if anyone had any ideas?
As I said, I'm not strictly sticking to a paleo only diet, just taking some leafs out of it (massively reducing the amount of bread, pasta, rice I'm eating etc)

    Thanks
