    ...and now the Raspberries!!!

    I probably look like a strawberry by now and at the weekend they started picking raspberries....oh my! So tonight I'll finish off the summer pudding (made my way with strawberries and raspberries) and tuck into some freshly made raspberry icecream.

    Anyone got any good uses for raspberry coulis?

    Yeah modify the recipe that I posted for strawberry sorbet to make it into raspberry sorbet.
