Recipe for Chinese Chicken anyone?

Does anyone have a recipe for Chinese Chicken? By this I mean the cold one that you can buy in tortilla wraps from Boots.

Marinate the chicken as per the recipe, then stir fry it on its own.

If you want to do a breast as a whole thing, just marinate it overnight, then seal it in a hot frying pan before roasting in the oven.
