    Orange chicken

    Hi,

    Well while I was on holiday in florida I had the dish above several times and enjoyed immensely. I was wondering though how I could cook this in my own kitchen?

    It was basically fluffy battered chicken in a sweet glazed sauce, not really tangy more sweet and gooey?

    So any thoughts hexus chefs?

    Cheers

    Andrew
    Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
    Enwrought with golden and silver light,
    The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
    Of night and light and the half-light,
    I would spread the cloths under your feet:
    But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
    I have spread my dreams under your feet;
    Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.

    Sort of like chinese sweet and sour, but without the sour??

    You could try a chinese sweet and sour recipe........leave out whatever looks sour.....and i think they use pineapple to make it sweet. Change this to oranges....

    Cheap watery orange squash (not diluted), heat it up, thicken with cornflour.
