I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
Lavazza
Yeah, gotta agree with BUFF there. I saw this thread title and was thinking Lavazza before it even loaded.
You could try some of the blue mountain coffees, but beware as recently they lowered the height at which a coffee qualifies as 'Blue Mountain'. This was to increase the yeild on a lucrative bean, but has resulted in poorer quality coffee. Best stick with Fair Trade varieties or Dowe Egberts, both of which are the higher altitude bean.
Or, find yourself a little coffee house and get some freshly ground while you wait... they can usually do you some cracking blends... Look up 'House of Coffee' in Leighton Buzzard... those guys ROCK!
I love coffee from fortnum and masons! Not every day of course, but they have a great range and grind it to your specifications. Next time you are in london treat yourself. And buy some of their chocolate covered coffee beans. Yum!
Not around too often!
The best coffee in the world is Australian Skybury Estate. Knocks BM into a cocked hat . Dont settle for any "blends". Whittards sell it for one month a year.
IMHO
