Smile Jar Of Chilli, How To Tart It Up?.

Hey all, fancying having a chilli, but being the carp cook i am...it comes from a jar. Is there anything easy i can do to add a little more flavour etc to a jar of Icelands finest chilli sauce?. Anything that could be carried over to a spag bol would also be great...

fresh peppers - mushrooms - extra chilli (flakes are good for this )

bit of fresh corriander - and if you are really daring , a little unsweetened coco powder.

And to go REALLY off the wall here.... sugar.

Yep, a little bit of sugar will enhance the chilli flavour without adding any heat... or be real adventurous and sprinkle it with grated dark chocolate, which tastes fantastic!

(they do this in Mexico, really, they do!)

10 tablespoons of hot chilli powder. But watch out, it will burn on the way out too!

Baked beans, with a little barbecue sauce added. Trust me!
Or my mum's posh version, add red wine.

Both lovely in their own way
