    Surfer on Acid...

My very favorite mixed drink. The effect or buzz is unlike the usual alcohol
    buzz.

It's more like a liquid sedative.

    *Kids...don't try this at home.*

    SURFER ON ACID

    1/4 shot Jaegermeister

    1+1/4 shot Coconut Malibu

    2 shots Midori

    Healthy splash of pineapple juice.

Put Ice and drink in a shaker,
    shake vigorously for 20-25 seconds.

    Filter OUT the iCE

Pour drink, NO FOAM!!! into standard half-glass and serve cold.

Drink should have a pleasing lime green color, and be kind of thick.
About the same thickness as cough syrup.
Has not overly sweet tatse that disappears a few seconds after
    swallowing.

    Creeps up on you pleasingly...soothingly.

    Enjoy!

*Note. Drink is more expensive than usual to make. Total liquor cost for
5ths is in the $70-$90 range. But well worth it!!!

In this drink, Jaeger, is actually the most bitter licquer. That's the reason
for the low 1/4 shot dosage. It's ok for drinks to taste good. I love straight
shots of Cuervo Gold as much as anybody, but...not everyday.

But, Jaeger is also highest in alcohol content.

As far as taste, it is somewhat similar to a sweet Southern Comfort.
(SC is a processed type of whiskey/bourbon...whatever you call it)
Out of the 3 licquers in this drink, it is the least sweet.

Malibu is coconut flavored. Who doesn't love coconuts? If I could make it
so, every woman on earth would wear Coppertone Tan Lotion 24/7.

Midori...imo is the most important here. It gives it the mellow, and the
green color in a well mixed one.

This is actually a rare drink where I live at least. I go to a new bar?
Gotta train the bartender how to make it 9 out 10 times.
