    OilSheikh's Tuna Fusion

    Ingredients :
1 X Canned tuna in sunflower oil
    Fusili
    Red onion
    3 x green chillies
    AMOY Soya sauce
    1 x Can of chickpeas
    A handful of defrosted peas
Dolmio Mediterranean vegetables in tomato sauce
    Salt
    Ginger and garlic paste
    Cucumber
    Vine Tomato

    Preparation :
Take 250g of Fusili and boil it in a pan. Make sure you add 1/2 tbsp of salt followed by a tbsp of olive oil. The oil will prevent the fusili from lumping
Drain away the water when the fusili has become soft

While the fusili boils, you can start preparing the tuna.
Empty a can of tuna in sunflower oil in a pan and turn the heat right up and fry the tuna until it starts becoming crispy. Then add red onions, chopped green chillies, garlic & ginger paste, soya sauce, chickpeas ( minus the water in the can ), peas and stir.

After a few mins. , take another pan and empty the drained fusili into this new pan. Also, mix in your spiced tuna. Now, add a little bit of the Dolmio sauce and stir. Add oil as necessary. Stir and let the fusili become crispy - this should take 10 mins.

Serve on a plate with a salad of thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion.

I take it the picture above is how it's done. Did you come up with this on your own?

Yes, that's right. Mom has been preparing salads like this all my life : )
The recipe was something mom came up with initially but I perfected it by adding my own bits such as the fried tuna, chickpeas, peas, soya sauce, Dolmio.

You can also add more bits to it e.g. Chopped boiled egg's whites.
