beetroot = asparagus x 10 shock

I once ate 4 whole boiled beetroot in one day.. they tasted so divine.. it was a real treat

Until next morning, when I genuinely, with hand on heart, though I had internal bleeding and had ruptured something........ it's not to be repeated!
