    My mum wants to cook some unusual vegtables this chrimbo any 1 got any ideas???

    I like a selection of winter veg , roased with some olive oil , then with a mpale syrup/shilli flake mix added towards the end.

    mashed celeriac is good too.

    parsnips par boiled, then rolled in fresh parmesan before roasting at high temps

    Well i like my christmas dinners traditional, bit of roasted onion, bit o stuffing, trukey and broccoli as long as i have them im fine

    Fed up of christmas being the same old tradition its interesting how people are uncomfortable with change - my aunt is very stuck in her ways throws a paddy if anthing is diiferent hehe my mum is planning a starter this yeah that will throw her

    The parsnips is a deffo, everybody should try it imho.

    We will laso be having squash from the allotment as well as the last of the potatoes. Next year Id like to supply the whole meal self grown, except turkey of course
