Need a Recipe to make spicy Chicken

And also

Spicy Beef


I REALLY LOVE SPICY FOOD

but the only thing i can do is add store bought spices to a pan and cook the meat. Sure thats nice and all but it doesn't quite quench my spice obsession any more.
Any suggestions??

Go to one of the local asian shops and buy some FRESH green chillies (about 2 inch in length and quite thin) chop them finely and add them to the meat when stir frying it (dont remove the seeds at all), should do the trick for you.
