    Sunflower Seeds

    by the bag....

the best way to eat at work, healthily, wth no mess, and without needing to refridgerate thefood.

I got 2 huge bags for £1.50 from Julian Graves (who to my HORROR sponsors that bloody "You are What you Eat rubbish") and have one bag in my desk...I pour them into a mug, and SWIG them like water....when hungry No mess. Just pour into your mouth.

    Go on....try 'em.

    Raise a toast to.....SUNFLOWER SEEDS

    Cheers

Check out the seed mix. I have some of this at work and some at home; glug it from the beaker like you do zak - it's the best way!

Amazing how a small amount fills you up. I thought £4.50 for a tub was pricey but they last eons.

Tried some of the Food Doctor Seed Mix yesterday at a food show! They are YUMMY! Not sure what they are coated with, but they are dead nice... much better than crisps etc to snack on

    Might buy some of those...

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.
