Oh I love these little bags of pure class
No need to soak....just rinse, boilfast for 10 minutes, then simmer for another 20. Nothing else to go in them.
Then while thats going on, fry off an onion, drop some diced chicken in, some chili flakes, loads of lemon juice and some a tin of toms and stir gently while it cooks off.
Once cooked, mix as many lentils in and you fancy, and serve with bread
It is GORGEOUS and you can eat the lentils on there own. They taste divine...all earthy and yumptious![]()
