    TiG's Random reciepe

Last nights cooking exploits when a bit wrong when the fahijta sauce i was planning to use was not in the cupboard, infact it appeared i hadn't got one in the house. Sadly the turkey was now nicely cooked in need of a sauce.

So the random reciepe for Turkey Madras fahitjas was created, and i have to say I was pleasently suprised by the results.

Just thought i'd share this rather random announcenment and see what other concoctions have been created through lack of ingridents?

I used jalfrezi sauce once on the chicken fajitas when the salsa was all gone. blooming great as its hot and tomato based. In fact my friends keep asking when I am cooking for them again (lazy bone-idle students)

Always found a good one is simply to throw any meat in with the following:

Tomatoes (tinned - chopped or plum)
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Pepper
    Salt
Flour (best with cornflour, but any will do)
Any herbs to hand (not spices, herbs!)

That, or just the sauce on its own with pasta

    I've got a simular one!

Tomatoes (tinned - chopped or plum)
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Chopped onion
    Drained small can of sweetcorn
    Salt & pepper

Pour it over a couple of browned pork chops and heat for 15 minutes
