Found this:-
Chilli con Carne
Total cooking time: about 15 mins.
This dish is speedy to make - even for one. Use a can of kidney beans. Adjust the quantity of chilli powder to suit your taste.
Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 red or green pepper, chopped
100g (4 oz) lean minced beef
125g can of red kidney beans, drained
pinch of ground cumin
1.25-5ml (1/4-1 tsp) chilli powder, to taste
15ml (1 tbsp) tomato purée
15ml (1 tbsp) red wine or water
salt and ground black pepper
Method
1. Cook the onion, garlic and red or green pepper in a covered container on HIGH for 2 minutes.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook on MEDIUM/50% for about 10 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
4. Allow the dish to stand covered for 5 minutes before stirring and serving with fresh crusty bread.

Add some cheese, and thats it. Although, Tescos used to do some great baked potato toppings in jars, never seen em since, the likes of salsa, nacho cheese, to put on a baked potato, i loved that stuff, not seen it sinceOriginally Posted by redpiggy

MicroNoodles.
Open tin of tomato soup - pour into microwaveable container.
Do not cover (watching bits of soup fly around in the microwave is cool, even if it gets you in the wrong)
Stick on full power untill bored waiting - serve luck warm with bread.
