    Ultimate homemade curry suggestions

Haven't had a curry for a while. Normally get a jar and do it that way. Not working this weekend and in mood for a really good curry saturday night.

Gonna have all the trimmings as well(onion baji, bombay potatoes etc).

Just want a recipe for a really good(not too complicated) curry. Anything from mild to hot curry is ok(want to taste the curry rather than burn my tongue off).
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
