    Cheap espresso machine

OK, I admit I'm not going to get the best coffee spending what I want to spend but anyone got any reccomendations for a cheap espresso (no other bits) coffee machine.

    £25 max.

This is for school, hence price e.t.c.

    Just love the stuff!

    Any recommendations?

    Cheers

Addy: I'm considering getting the Delonghi EC5 (http://www.tesco.com/electrical/product.aspx?R=8229535)

The Pump pressure needs to be at least 10 bar for proper espresso. That one you've found is only 3.8 bar so won't be the same as a proper espresso machine. (it'll be more like a filter).

I tried this once in my younger days and have come to the conclusion that there are <no> good espresso machines for under £100. (that's not because I found a good one for over £100, it's because I gave up because that's my budget)

I'd seriously recommend a stove-top mocha pot. My current one cost £8 from Ikea and makes fantastic espresso (at least equivalent to a £250 machine). I'd recommend buying one of those and spending £20 on a coffee grinder for best results.

Cheers, what I wash thinking Joshwa. Thought about the mocha pot or perculator option, cost quite a bit were I went so, went to mildly exercise my plastic yesterday afternoon >>>> Coffee = £1.99, Waitrose (far from the best I've had, yet better than an instant). Filter machine >>>>> = £7.95 (7 something!). tbh I don't care if it tastes slightly weird, which it does! Just for 7 quid I am so pleased! :d

And then bought classic fm relax & escape four disc set for £4 - BARGAIN.
