    Going veggie

Well, after much reading I've decided to go veggie, so today, I bought some spinach and peppers and cashew nut stir-fry sauce and was wondering, would it make a good mix? I'd do it withi rice of course, but how do you cook spinach? I'm usually not very good with cooking, although I want to get better

Gently, else it collapses into green wallpaper paste...

You could boil or steam it (or perhaps even fry it?)

I was thinking of frying it as I was going to fry the peppers and put the sauce in with it. Is it ok to fry spinach? How long does it take? I'd imagine it the last thing to put in

I normally cook it by steaming. If you are doing stir fry type stuff you would probably be best to shove it in near the end (after washing) so it steams. Also worth looking at those straight to wok noodles as you could chuck them in as well. To get some ideas of what you can use take a look at the stirfry packets of vegetables in the supermarket, you could then by the raw stuff.

Okies, it worked, I did burn the peppers, garlic and spinach, but I've learnt. Plus, it didn't look too bad

EDIT: And it tasted damn good.

    Ingredients:

    Red pepper
    Green pepper
    Garlic
    Spinach
    Cashew Nut Stir-fry sauce
    A touch of salt
    Rice

I'm not sure what it is, or what it's called, but it's a good veggie/vegan meal

The next thing to learn is how to cover your mistakes:

You didn't burn those ingredients, they were 'blackened'...

Well the spinach was nice all soggy, I had burned one side of the peppers though and some of the garlic was black. It's 'cause it doesn't take long whatsoever to cook, so once the rice is half done is when I'd start doing the rest of the food. It's a 10-minute meal
