    Mixed grill suggestions

Thinking of having a mixed grill tonight. Just wanted suggestions for your favourite combinations or something you do to make it taste great.

Thought at the moment is pork chop(the mini ones), sausages, bacon, mushrooms.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Steak, lamb chop, gammon, sausage, tomato, mushroom and a potato of your choice. You can also include offal, perhaps a kidney if you wish.
    Not around too often!

I personally prefer to grill my meat. It tastes better and isn't as greasy. I do sometimes use a griddle pan.

I hate to say this, but this place is getting to me. I think I'm getting the fear.

I'd go with menthel's lineup but add black pudding and maybe an egg or two (while losing the tomato).

I must say though that I've never tried cooking one myself, I just tend to pay the piddling amount (£6?) Mr Weatherspoon charges for one.
