any master bakers out there? i.e. bread machine users

About to get a bread machine.
Probably either Panasonic SD253 or Breville BR11
Loads of web info and user reviews on the Panasonic, hardly anything about the Breville - even the Breville website info link to this product is bust.
Panasonic sounds a safe consistent results buy, whereas Breville has more gadgety appeal.
Panasonic is cheaper at online stores by a fair bit, but Breville is cheaper on fleabay.
Does anyone have any experience of the Breville BR11?
Or have I missed a must-have bread machine?

weirdly I'm doing ok with a much cheaper one from Morphy Richards.

Size of tin is essential. Ease of use ditto.

And will it fit in a cupboard afterwards? Seriously ....its gotta go somewhere

Thanks Zak for the recommendation!
The Breville on ebay was actually the BR8 not the BR11!
I'm going to cool it for a while and have another think.
Plus, talking about cupboard space, I am about to empty some cupboards and try and design/make a quirky saucepan-frying pan rack system. If I clear the pan cupbaord then I can store the bread making machine they use at Hovis!

I've got the Panny SD251 and its a great piece of kit but bloody hell its a nuisance knowing what to do with the bugger when its not in use. Got to the stage where it'll probably go on the board at my local Morrisons. Makes great dough for rolls though

My Morphy Richards one has been great so far, my mum bought it a while back but i don't think she has ever used it.

Don't have a bread maker meself (although I have been known to make the odd small loaf out of leftover pizza dough) but you could do a lot worse than to have a look in the Old Style section of the MSE forums:

good webisite that moneysavingexperts - who'd have thought that you could make a peanut butter substitute from earwax!
I actually touched a Panasonic SD253 in Currys and am not impressed that the breadmaker with arguably the best build quality is really only just a little bit better than wobbly plastic.
It's always a good idea to look at stuff like breadmakers, kettles etc in Currys, they get such bad abuse that you can see what your purchase might be like after 2 years of normal home use.
