    besides.. my Mum said if you break a cookie in half and leave it for 3 or 4 minutes while you drink your tea, the calories drain out of it.

    I made my (American) ex's family recipe Napoleon Cremes recipe a few years ago. They had a colossal/embarassing amount of sugar, butter and chocolate in them. My teeth still hurt just thinking about them, and my internal organs haven't properly recovered from the kicking they received.

    I assume you have never had Twinkies?? They are horrible - its like sugar with more sugar. I think I felt a headache after eating one.
