It's very fast, traditionaly it was done in a wok over an open flame (and still is in chinese restaurants). You can put any sort of vegtables you like in. My family stir frys over rice.
Peppers, mushrooms, onions, green beans, baby sweetcorn, bean sprouts, brocolli, carrots, garlic, sauces such as oyster sauce/black bean sauce, pepper, egg, ginger. They only take about 20mins to make including preperation time.
All you really need to do is cook the chicken with the garlic until its just done. You might want to boil the carrots, brocolli and green beans for 5mins while you're cooking the chicken just to soften them up a bit. Next you need to turn up the heat and start putting the other ingredients in. It's important you keep everything moving so it doesn't burn. Once you think all the veg is cooked put the noodles in and add the pepper (I use a lot myself). After about a minute crack an egg in to the frying pan and try to get everything covered. Once the egg seems to be cooked properly add your chosen sauce, stir and put it on a plate. It's a delicious, quick, healthy meal![]()

My suggestion would be to make a sort of tortilla wrap - Fillet the chicken, then cut it into strips. Fry with (Red) Onions (and any other vegitable you like that can be fried). Then add to a wrap and eat![]()
