What do you have on toast(add your own recipes as well)

Apart from the good old beans/spagetti on toast, what else do you have on toast, or what do you do to beans on toast etc to make it different.

Was just watching ramsays kitchen knightmares and they had mushrooms on toast which I thought sounded interesting but how to do it the best way(there must be more to it than just putting cooked mushrooms on the toast and probably affected a lot by what type of mushrooms you use & how they are cooked).

Also heard mentioned a while ago, tinned tomatoes on toast.

Thought of doing more things on toast for 2 reasons:

a: Haven't had anything on toast for a long time

b: Want something easy and tasty when I get home from work at about half 8 in the evening.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

May sound disgusting but I usually toast the toast (obviously) spread some brown sauce. then grate some cheese over the top and place under the grill until the cheese begins to bubble. YUM!

    Together? Your sick Steve.

garlic and chilli in your beans, on to your toast, then grate cheese on top.

In the morning I like some nice cheese (not cheddar godamit) and jam on toast to have with fresh coffee. Mmmm... I'm hungry.

for breakfast im boring and have blackcurrant jam

my fav tho is a slice of hot toast, lightly buttered followed by a good smearing of brown sauce - HP ONLY

then a couple of slices of bacon and a few fried mushrooms thrown on the top

then a good layer of cheese to cover everything, a minute or two under the grill to seal the whole lot in and job done
