Cool Grilled Lamb in Bramble Marinade

Here's a quick one I had last night. Bit of a modification to the usual red currant marinade you might use and made a nice change

    What you need:
    2 Lamb steaks
    2 Tablespoons Bramble Jelly
    1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

    How to do it:
Trim the fat from the lamb
Slowly melt the jelly in a pan, remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
    Brush or spread on marinade
    Grill 4-5 mins each side

Serve with some nice new potatos and some steamed veg (green beans and brocolli went well )
