Strange! I created an account an hour or 2 ago and it worked fine.

There's been no problems with the registering process recently. Most likely HEADRAT did not include his email address before clicking "No, I am a new customer". That would take you to an error message like the one pasted above.

Pat you should get your technical team to do some form validation on the account signup form so that you get a nice komplett coloured message telling you to fill in your email address rather than a horiffic looking HTTP500 error :)
