Missing items from order

Hi,

I have just had order 10942452 delivered but appear to be missing 3 items off the delivery...

I am missing 2 USB2 cables and a XP Pro License....

Where they sent out with the rest of the kit?

All the items were shipped, so they should arrive shortly in a seperate parcel:)

Still not here today and they are required... can you chase the crap parcel carriers you insist on using and find out where my parcel is?

I really can't see me continuing to use komplett as its the delivery that lets you down...

What condition was the parcel in when it was received?

"The small items should be enclosed in one of the four boxes"

Please confirm you have completed the search so we can look for a solution.

Parcels where ok thanks. I will look through the printer boxes but they all looked untouched and original packaging

Found in the bottom of one of the printer boxes! I had checked the top of the boxes but they weren't there so when you said in the printers had a look in the bottom and its there!

Might have been worth letting customers know that you've packed stuff like that ;) I was expecting it in another box/bag
