DDR2 667 RAM in a 533 Mobo

Pretty sure it'll be ok but want to double check.

Have brought a Mini-ITX board for a home server and it takes either 400 / 533 mhz DDR2 RAM upto 1gb, however I have a spare 1GB 667mhz stick of DDR2, will this be ok to use?

Will it just auto clock to the mobo max of 533?

It will just go down to 533 or whatever is set in the BIOS.

Yup as said the mobo will just slow it down, should be fine.
