    RAM Upgrade

I'm just wondering if this upgrade would be pointless or not.

    I have CM2X1024-6400 PC2-6400 4GB 5-5-5-18

Will I see any difference in performance if I upgrade my Ram to 1066, 4-6GB?

*Due to AMD CPU limitation, DDR2 1066 is supported by AM3/AM2+ CPU for one DIMM per channel only.

Does this essentially mean I can only run 800mhz ram?

    Re: RAM Upgrade

It means that if you buy 1066MHz RAM you can only use 2 sticks in 4 of the slots - any more and the speed will drop. To answer your initial question, about the only benefit you will see between 800 and 1066 is more overclocking headroom on the CPU.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
