DDR4 - the last part in my new system.

Not sure what to use. I've mostly stayed with Corsair before and buy from Scan. I did a bit of research and found there is very little difference between quad and dual channel in the ways of performance. I know in the past I have gone filled half my dimms thinking I would upgrade later but when I have needed to do that the matching pairs of ram are usually hard to find or discontinued. Also there is a slight chance that even though they are matching the new and old pairs will not like each other. So I am swaying more towards going quad, unless advised otherwise.
I'm my current system I have 6GB of ram and finding it very restrictive. I keep my PC on most of the time and have many Chrome tabs open also I have a back-up plan programme that mostly eats 1GB of ram. So I originally thought 16GB would be nice but when looking at the prices there were some 32GB sets in my price range (about £160).
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX PC4-22400 (2800) = £112.07
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR4 Dominator Platinum PC4-21300 (2666) = £153.65
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR4 Dominator Platinum, PC4-24000 (3000) = £162.67
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX PC4-25600 (3200) = £171.71
32GB (4x8GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX PC4-21300 (2666) = £177.11
I'm getting a little confused with the amount of choices and various differences. Any help would be appreciated.
